Training Progression

Introduction to diving equipment with personalized fitting. We will cover fundamental knowledge and have an open discussion to answer all your questions.

Begin with snorkeling exercises to get comfortable. We will gear up and enter the water to familiarize you with the equipment, practice essential diving skills, and help you adapt to the underwater environment.

After completing practice in the shallow area, we will swim directly to open water for a slow, controlled descent. Experience the feeling of weightlessness, swim freely, and explore the wonders of the ocean.

Please fill out the Online form carefully and honestly, especially the Diver Medical Questionnaire regarding your physical condition.
After receiving your form, the Dive Center will contact you to verify your information and ensure your health status is suitable for diving. A course fee of NTD 3,000 is required at this stage.
Once payment is confirmed, we will register your SSI Account and grant you access to the SSI Try Scuba Digital Kit (Online Manual). An instructor will then contact you to schedule your training sessions.
You will receive an account activation email. Once you confirm access to your online materials, the registration process is complete, and you are ready to begin your training!
Pre-Course Instructions
Instructor-to-Participant Ratio : The maximum ratio is 1:2. Confined water practice is conducted in groups, while the Open Water experience is led on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis.
Eligibility : Participants must be at least 12 years old. Those under 18 must obtain signed consent from a legal guardian. Participants should be in good physical and mental health, comfortable in water, and eager to take on a challenge.
Health Requirements : Before registering, please confirm you do not have the following conditions: sinusitis, severe allergic rhinitis, middle/inner ear infections, ruptured eardrums, spinal issues/sciatica, ankylosing spondylitis, diabetes, hematuria, high proteinuria, or any urinary system diseases, arthritis or joint problems, claustrophobia, agoraphobia, acrophobia, or any neurotic symptoms, vertigo, frequent fainting, or a history of surgery/fractures. No possibility of pregnancy. If you are over 50 years old, please undergo a full medical check-up and consult a physician to confirm fitness for recreational diving before registering (a copy of the medical report is required). A Medical Statement must be read and signed on-site on the day of the course.。
Additional Dives : This course includes one Open Water dive. If you wish to add extra dives on the same day, an additional fee of NTD 1,500 per dive applies.
What to Bring : Please bring your swimsuit and personal toiletries/change of clothes. Shower facilities are available at our partner dive shop after the session.
Rescheduling Policy : Any changes to the scheduled date must be made at least 3 days in advance. Changes made within 3 days will incur a surcharge of NTD 500. This fee is waived if proof of illness or a major life event is provided.
No-Show & Refund Policy : No refunds will be provided for unexcused absences on the scheduled day. Full refunds are available only with valid proof of illness or major life events.
Equipment Responsibility : We will provide well-fitted and functional scuba equipment. Participants are responsible for the care of the gear provided. All equipment must be returned after the experience. Any damage or loss will be charged at the original retail price.
Photography & Safety : Instructors or assistants may take photos to capture your memories. For safety reasons and to avoid distractions, friends or family wishing to join the dive must hold relevant diving certifications. The training center is not responsible for the safety of unauthorized individuals.
Punctuality : Please arrive on time to respect the schedule of other participants.
Dive Site Selection & Transport : The dive site will be determined by the instructor based on the day's sea and weather conditions. Participants are responsible for their own transportation; carpooling can be discussed with the instructor.
Diving Safety Regulations (No-Fly Time) : Do not fly or travel to high altitudes (above 2,500 meters) within 24 hours after diving. Please plan your post-dive itinerary carefully.
